We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Logistics to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. This role plays a key part in overseeing merchandise returns, reverse logistics, demonstration devices, and inventory programs with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Reverse Logistics & Returns Management
- Manage the RMA process for returned products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to device vendors.
- Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of demo devices on sales floors, ensuring they remain functional, updated, and transitioned as needed.
- Handle vendor-related inventory programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Inventory Reporting & Organization
- Generate recurring inventory reports with actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.
- Maintain structure and workflow efficiency in inventory processes to support optimal productivity.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to resolve inventory-related challenges.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:
- 2 years of higher education or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
